Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Return shipping costs (both ways) are the buyer's responsibility.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bonestgattiae@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide our shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Feel free to reach out to us at the same address for any return questions.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations without a valid reason.

Stock-related cancellations: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to insufficient stock after payment, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund at no charge.
Buyer-initiated cancellations (before shipment): A 20% handling fee will be applied.
Cancellations after shipment: Not supported.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at bonestgattiae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Please note that cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please pack your item securely and attach the label to the outside of the package. Do not use your own shipping method, as items sent without our label will not be accepted.

We will process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
